OPTIMAL 95 M2 APARTMENT PROVIDING A JOYFUL SPACE FOR CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES.

In addition to providing functional living space for families, the apartment is also designed to optimize play areas for young children.

The apartment has an area of 95 m2 and is located in a condominium in Ho Chi Minh City, serving as the residence of a young family. The main functions include a living room, kitchen-dining area, workspace, a master bedroom, and a play area for children.
The architect has chosen the Japandi style as the design solution for the apartment, in order to meet the homeowner’s requirements for a spacious, cozy, and child-friendly living space.
According to the representative of the architectural team, this style creates a harmonious connection between the different spaces while optimizing natural light and materials. This helps to create a comfortable and intimate living environment.
The living room is designed with a simple set of sofas and a carpet, without a coffee table, providing an expanded space for children’s play.
The living room and kitchen are both filled with natural light and fresh air.
The kitchen space is separated from the living room and dining area, ensuring privacy and creating a safe play area for children.
The living room and dining area are interconnected in one space.
The selected color scheme is a neutral system, with the dominant colors being minimal white and warm brown wood, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
In addition to the common living area, the apartment is divided into multiple functional rooms to cater to the needs of the homeowners, including a workspace, a master bedroom, and a small bedroom.
This room is currently being used as a play area and toy storage. It can be converted into a separate bedroom for a child in the future.

The main bedroom is designed with a minimalist and safe approach, incorporating soft details and eliminating sharp corners to ensure the safety of young children.
